Group Training

Group Training Programs are a great way to get fit, get strong and burn fat with a great group of like-minded people. Many people find that training as part of a small group boosts their motivation and helps them to train harder and get greater results compared with training alone in a Gym or at home. One of the great benefits of joining our Group Programs is that each class will be led by a qualified and experienced instructor, helping you to warm up and cool down effectively as well as demonstrating correct techniques and helping you get the most out of your training.

At Athletic Performance Training, we offer a variety of programs with different methods of training. So whether your goal is to get stronger, fitter or simply to burn fat, we will have a class for you. Most of our groups are attended and enjoyed by both men and women of all ages, but we also offer training especially for men and for women, such as the “Pretty Strong” or “Silverwolf” sessions.
